    I got the diagnostics to run found some problems on the hard drive but even with the recove cd the computer wronge load what is my options now

      Sorry to say you will have to do a clean install which will wipe out all information on your hard drive. To do this you need to get into your setup screen which is usually can be done with the f2 key or whatever key you use to get into setup. Once there go to the boot screen un check everything except your cd drive. Put in your original Windows xp disk in yur cd drive and press ok. Then reboot your computer. Follow the directions. Once this is done go back to your setup screen and recheck your c: drive first then any other drive you may have.

        Yes I did as you instructed watched the video and slave drive my info on the hard drive saved it and restored the computer it is working good now and I have put all my programs and other info back on the hard drive thank you once again.
