Bad internet connection?

Would this be classified as a slow internet connection (please include some rating system to show what MB/s are rated as)?



I mean for the rating system something like:

Best: ***MB/s
Good: ***MB/s
Average: ***MB/s
Poor: ***MB/s
Very Poor: ***MB/s

I honestly have no idea...my ISP is Rogers...I think it might be a package with our basic cable...

    That's a *censored* slow connection! :P

    If I can get "Decent enough" download rate (check-out the attachment) being from an Offline Nation(India); I pity the pathetic "Transfer Rate" you must be getting with this connection!

    First, SCAN your Machine online with House-Call & then grill your ISP for such measly offerings! :-*

    And to make matters worse, that was the CLOSEST server to me...less than 100km I think.
