Hello everyone

I am having a problem with my dvd rom, I can burn a dvd but when it comes to copying it, it continues to say insert a blank disc. Well, I put a blank disc in and it continues to say the same thing. Is there anything that can be done without charging me any money. Because I don't have any to purchase anything at all.

The first thing to try would be updating you DVD ROM drivers.

Just type your DVD Rom brand (model as well if you know it) into google to find the latest driver

e.g. Type in "LG DVD ROM drivers"

if you need to find out the model number right click on My Computer select manage then click on device manager and expand the DVD/CD ROM Drivers section.

Have you tried different blank CDs? Maybe from another brand also?
