stop: 0x0000007e (0xc0000005, 0x8265d612, 0x8a939a68, 0x8a939764)
The stop message above has appeared in both normal and safe modes, after about 30 seconds of being completely started up, this, of course, is an approximate value. This was also accompanied by a large blue screen notifying me of a crash dump in process and that windows is trying to prevent damage from and to my computer.
The last thing ever done to my computer was installing Daemon Tools, something I have used many times on many computers. I did not suspect anything to come from this and am still pretty sure it was not the cause.
For the past month or so I have received an error message titled "RunDLL" and containing the message:
Error Loading C:\Windows\system32\sbjupntk.dll
The specified module could not be found.
In an attempt to access my backed up vista install disk on my hard drive, I proceeded with installing my old Xp disk on an external drive, when it reached the progress bar after disk formatting options, the computer simply turned off. I was planning on burning the image to a DVD (I had broken the other one in a fall) and using it to repair and was unable because it would not work. This information is irrelevant except to explain the capabilities I am working with: I am typing this from a public access computer in a library and have no disc burning capabilities.
I am wondering if there is anything in the bios that might fix this, and if not, how I might begin to fix this.
