Outlook Express

I am running win 98,
My Outlook Express files are being stored in
C:\Windows\ApplicationData\Identities\{BFDC5104-3473-11D8-9ACE-D67E2DAABD51}\Microsoft\OutlookExpress\ [ ]Art Stuff.dbx
the file is there with the Power Point icon in the box in front of each file.
When I click on the file it opens the Power Point Program and tells me that it can't open the type of file represented?

So how do I change the type of file that opens the .dbx files
