Safely remove icon missing

My usb drive safely remove icon has disappeared. I have to go to explorer and eject.  I have gone to taskbar settings and checked for it to show, but still is not.  Does anyone know how I can get it back?

Right click in the system tray. On the menu, click on "Customize Notifications..". Scroll down until you find the "Safely Remove Hardware" entry. Set it to "Hide When Inactive". Click "Ok", "Apply", "Ok".

Thank You to everyone for the answers.  It is back.  I am sorry about the double post, I thought I had a better chance of getting an answer.  I am new to posting and did not realize that the same people see both forums (I feel so stupid & senile).  Will know better next time.  Again Thank You all very, very much.
