HELP!! I need to recover files from my crashed admin account!

Well, I was typing a VERY IMPORTANT report and this cookies pop up popped-up and it statrted scanning my computer and then when it almost finished, it popped up that there is not enough storage or somthing. I need this project by Friday! I need to put it on my limited account, but I can't! I restarted my computer but my admin account still had the same thing and I cant geat OUT!!! ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? :'( :'( :'( :'( :rofl: :||x :||x :||x :||x :||x :||x
