Hi, I really hope someone can help with this bizzare issue. I've never had any issues with this computer until two days ago.

After about 20 minutes on the computer, maybe less, internet pages will all of a sudden not load at all, and no programs on the computer will open. Basically the computer is still running but everything seems to freeze. The only thing i've been able to do is turn off at the mains then start again.. then 20 minutes later the same thing will happen.

I've run AVG and windows defender which show nothing. It's totally bizzare. I did a log from hijack this. Here's what it shows:

    Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1

If this is a desk top when was the last time you opened it up and blew all the dust out with a can of compressed air?
    You can't fix Stupid!!!

      Yep dead serious.

Dust and other particles can build up in your system and cause it to over heat. Over heating can cause a bunch of different problems.

If you are in the U.S. go to wal-mart and buy a can of compressed air (they are over in the electronics department). Completely unplug the everything from the comp. Remove the cover from the comp and have a look inside. If it is really nasty you might want to take it out side to blow it out. Be careful when moving it around especially if you have the cover off when doing so.

When you are ready to give it a good blow down put a pencil or some thing in the fan to keep it from turning to fast as this can mess it up and just spray it good with the compressed air.

After it is all clean and you are ready to hook it back up you can check to make sure everything it connected good. Just be sure to touch the metal frame of the comp before you touch the inside components to prevent static electricity from messing any thing up.

After all that hook everything back up and give it a try.

As a warning be sure to blow out the dust instead of trying to vacuum it out.
      You can't fix Stupid!!!
