HELP PLEASE

my younger sister always cheaked her emails then one day when i was out she done something to the computer when i got home i tried logging into the computer and it wouldnt log in i have tried every account and been in safe mode trying to update kaspersky but it comes up with black list corupted or deleted. i have tried everything like updating it does not work. i downloaded another virus protection software and it still dosnt work. i dont want to delete the hard drive because the internet is connected to this computer and we did not get the disks to re install the internet. so im stuck i dont know how to get the computer to log on it just stops and makes funny noises please help me its urgent.

Try to do a system restore and go to an earlier date. See if this could help.
