What fantastic service – thank you so much guys! I tried the “fix it for me” from Microsoft (wasn’t brave enough to “do it myself”) - and also uninstalled a Roxio programme which I have seen appearing unexpectedly of late (maybe that was corrupting the system?) – and whoopee! it all works. One highly delighted customer – I’ll be back!! (I’ll also have to get this thing speeded up before it grinds to a halt – but another day!). Where do you get all this brilliance from!?
