    Calendar/Schedule
    « on: May 12, 2009, 03:19:56 PM »
Does anyone know how to set up a schedule/calendar type thing for a lot of different people and specifying what they will be doing at a certain time?  Thanks a lot for your help.

Do all these people work in the same office, or for the same organization?  Do they all have Microsoft Outlook?  If so, do they all have the same version of Outlook?

They all work for the same organization.  It's sports related- I was trying to set up schedules for athletes for their workout times, and I wondered if there was some type of program to get those schedules in one formatted document.  Thanks for your help.

And, if you can't find freeware to suit your needs, you may need to buy software.  A Google search yeilds plenty: >here<

        What about Google Calendar?
