« on: May 19, 2009, 04:05:52 AM »
this is probably really simple but i just cant figure it out...

i have almost completed the installation process when this message comes up at the end in a little window

"Files in use, the following applicaitons are using files which need to be updated by this setup. close these applications and click retry to continue"

the application which comes up is  - Windows Explorer (Process Id 2812)

i'm not sure what this means as i have no other programs running except the adobe setup???

please help!

Is there an Explorer window open in the background ? ?
Close it right after you have started the install by getting back to the Desktop.

Or you can DLoad and try Foxit Reader FREE....works great.
