Question regarding RUNDLL popups! They popup every 2 minutes..help!

The RUNDLL popup says:

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\Lduresonoces.dat
The specified module could not be found.

These popups happen every 2 minutes or less.  If I keep my computer on all night I'll have hundreds the next morning.  I need help!!!!
