    Hi guys i tyr to publish my php web templet to the internet.

  i am using LeechFTP but the error is "(upload not allowed)"

   or eny other way to publish php templet to the internet  Form my computer with txt data base.

Make sure your username, password, host and port are correct, first of all.

Try Filezilla FTP.
