Does it work in safe mode?

Open IE options and set everything back to default and than open the program tabs and look for manage addons. Try to disable everything that is not made by MS and than do a reboot.

When did you start having this problem?
Are you using "toolbars" for internet explorer?
What is the version of your internet explorer?
to check: open IE, click help , select about internet explorer.  :)
    Thank you,
