Graphics Problem With Windows Vista Home Premium

The graphics take so long to load and when I try to sign in it says your the sens is not working and to go to the adminstator.

This is another problem I have...I am trying to change my display to aero with the see threw and when I do things do not load or the little circle just keeps going.

This is another question... I have the SIMS 2 and it played well on my system for quite sometime then one day it just stopped and it keeps saying to load the direct x 9.0c and I tried and I still can't play it because of the little circle thingy. Here is my computer information:

Most likely caused by:

Vista needs 2GB of RAM to run smoothly.
