help removing application

OS, Windows XP Home..

I'm a little baffled by this hope someone can point me in the right direction. In Control Panel, under Add/Remove programs there is a program that I don't remember installing called SimulationExams.com A+ Essentials (it might have been part of CertBlaster,a program I know for a fact I installed) but CertBlaster has its own spot in Add/Remove programs to uninstall it.  At any rate, when I try to uninstall it I get an error that says:

could not open logfile 'C:\programfiles\simulationexams\ST6UNST.log

So I navigate over to that directory and don't see "simulationexams" anywhere...I go to folder options to show hidden files, still nothing...

When I google for this problem, I don't find much

Most likely, empty registry entry.
Go Start>Run, type in:
regedt32
Click OK.

Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
Find the key related to SimulationExams.com A+ Essentials, and delete it.
