hi all, i'm new here. i am not good with computers so i need a lot of help.
i have this infection and it keeps popping up on my AVG 8.5 web-shield detection.
i dont know how to get rid of it other than run AVG, spayware doctor, malwarebtyes etc.
it hasnt got rid of it, and short of formatting my HDD, can someone please give me a hand?
