    I have a new Dell computer with Windows Vista. I have my computer setup on wireless. Before I got my wireless working my e-mail worked fine. I have 2 e-mail addresses and one of them works fine but the other will not connect to my wireless. When in my e-mail and I go into Tools-Accounts-Properties of the one not working then click on Connection the screen will not change, then when I click on anything else it says it is not responding. This does not occur with the other e-mail setup. Any suggestions?

    Uninstall ( delete ) the bad email address and set it up again.  Check with the email support for the wireless set up.

      Thank you very much. I don't know why I did not think of that. :) The simplest things are the hardest to think of.
