pls i would like to know what the problem could be: at times after switching off and on the red light shows at the 'on' light when its green it works and when its red it wont load .could it be the fan,processor or power pack?

yes it works when the green light is on and its is on rite now but when i switch off and try to put it on at times it'll show the red light and wouldnt load until i press the button like 2 more times or re-plug the cpu fan connector on the board

Possible short on the mobo "re-plug the cpu fan connector on the board" or a failing hard drive.
