Error: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc7b)

I am unable to start RapidShare Plus 4.0... once I click the icon I get the following error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on Ok to terminate the application".

Then it terminates

I'm using XP SP3 with .NET framework 3.5 SP1, 3.0 SP2 and 2.0 SP2 installed.

It was working fine this morning.

any new software installed lately? Or any updates on your software? How about hardware? Anything new added lately?

Sometimes the error message may be caused by the WORM_KLEZ.E virus, or one of its variations. The executable file name "qbw32[xxx].exe" may vary, where "[xxx].exe" is a randomly generated and false executable name. Run your antivirus and make sure you don't have any viruses first.
