At the end, it looks like you need a new sound card. In my opinion, your on-board sound chip is dying.

Try http://www.newegg.com/, or any electronic store around your place.

Would it be easy to install? i might have to have you guys show me where to put it i'm sure.

Do you know why my browser keeps saying it's been corrupted?

what browser are you using? You might've already mentioned that but I don't know.

Opera right now because something keeps hijacking my Firefox and i can't get rid of it.

try creating new firefox profile, following instructions on this website which is straight from the mozilla guys:

            http://kb.mozillazine.org/Creating_a_new_Firefox_profile_on_Windows

If firefox problem is still existing even with fresh new profile created, it's probably some malware or something else casuing firefox havock and not the firefox software itself.

Opera is the one that's causing the corruption errors tho.

Good that firefox is fine now, and you said earlier "Opera is the one that's causing the corruption errors tho."--> what's this about? Is Opera having error too?
