Need to copy a directory to multiple PC's in our network.

Hi guys I have to install patches on multiple pc's in our network. Right now I copied the folder from our remote server to one of our local pc's. Now I need to create a batch file to copy the directory to all the PC's in our network, how would I do that ? not familiar at all with Batch file creation. oh and we have a batch file created already which installs the patches to the pc's .... whats an easy solution ? is it easier to run the batch file from the individual pc's so that it will install it from the PC where I have saved the file or copy the directory locally onto the pc's and then run them .... mind it we can not afford network latency simply because the site is a hospital.

How big are the files? How many machines?
How much time do you have to copy the files?
