Go to Device Manager, and uninstall all USB hubs, and roots.
Restart. They'll be automatically reinstalled.

Sir, what if you try first what Broni's suggestion? If still you'll be having a problem in your mouse, load your CMOS default values..

  i loaded cmos back to default now it says there is front fan failure and my front fan has stopped spinning i think i will just replace the motherboard that should  solve all my problems

Most important thing to remember with online tech support is to follow directions otherwise you're wasting our time and your own.

Follow Bronis' direction and then reasses your options....you may or may not need a motherboard....seeing that you get a splash screen I would surmise your MB is not the problem.

did you happen to hot plug ps/2 mouse?
it can damage the port!

I'm glad to hear you got it running, it's too bad that it cost money, but just think of the upgrades you have now though
