deleted or disabled Word somehow

Can't open Word documents and can't find Word on the computer.

We really need more info.  Do have MS Office installed?  What version?  Have you been using Word?  If so, what happened that changed this?  Did you make any software changes around the time that this started?  Do you have other Office components (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) installed? Are they working?

Figured it out - your reply helped.  I reinstalled MS Office and now I have it again.  Not sure what happened but now it works.  thanks!
