Do you have your Navigation Toolbar displayed? Right click near the top of your browser window to see the option to display or not display the Navigation Toolbar and Bookmarks Toolbar. Also, you should be able to right click somewhere on a web page and see Back in the context menu, assuming you have, in fact, visited other pages before viewing the current page. Forward can also be accessed from a right click menu.
The 'back'was subdued,and not available.can you tell me what determines when these options are available?

I suspect that,when I rt clicked the toolbar,and subsequently clicked 'navigation' on the menue,I inadvertantly installed the green backbutton..
Do you have your Navigation Toolbar displayed?
I am still waiting for some explaination for the 'customize' menu.
