Could someone help me remove a trojandownloader:Win32/renos.IO and a dnschanger reported to me by windows defender during a download.
The reason i have not attached any logs is that i cannot run any removal OR scan programs of any kind.
System restore doesnot work even in safe mode and windows repair , i cannot access because it is now password protected and its not mine.
The dns is sending me to web pages i didnt ask to go to as is its purpose so i'm told.
