    touchpad buttons broken...coffee on laptop

Other than taking apart the computer to stare at technology above and beyond my comprehension, are there hotkeys that do the same as right click?

the application key pretty much acts light the right mouse button. Usually found to the right of the spacebar between Alt and Control.
I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

Thanks, but my laptop is devoid of such key.  Is this a big deal to fix? I'm thinking about getting a USB mouse...no light at the end of the tunnel... :'(

Are you sure? Only one of my three laptops lacks that key, and it was created in 1994.

In this image, it's the key to the right of the right windows key.

With laptops, however, it could be almost anywhere. My Older toshiba satellite, for example has it as the uppermost-rightmost key (right next to the windows key. Not the best layout...)

lacking the application key- there really is no substitute for the right mouse button.

Yea, its a Dell Studio, almost 2 years old..to the right of my spacebar is alt then ctrl then arrow keys..
Got the USB mouse, but is this worth correcting on a semi-new laptop?
