copying urls
« on: May 13, 2005, 12:40:05 PM »
Hi-- I'm working off line on a blog site, and when I'm up and running I want to be able to capture (copy) the lengthy url from the address bar of an on line newspaper's article--the article's page url. So my readers can do a fast link. Copying & pasting? Instead of having to write--or type--it in. Is this possible?
Thanks.

Just highlight the link in the address bar and press ctrl c to copy and ctrl v to paste.

Or you can use the mouse. Just highlight the URL go to (depending on yr browser) EDit / Copy the put the cursor where you want the 'paste' to go and go Edit ? Paste.

Niftiest trick.
