Need help creating HTML headline

Can you show me how to create the headline (shown in the attached jpg) in html?

Here are other criteria need to be included in the headline:

the exact indentation shown in the attachment

font:20px Tahoma-Bold

color:#CC0000

highlight the words:   hidden traps

highlight the words:   is “tilted” in your favor

highlight the words:   that benefit will go to you
