          HDD Speed Test.

Not sure why this will determine which PSU you buy however...

If I recall this is the site you sent me too a good while back.  http://www.thermaltake.outervision.com/index.jsp  To determine what I need I have too have that info.  But if I got such as a powerful psu it wouldnt hurt anything right?  Like if I got a 1000 watt psu it would just use whats needed an not that amount.

It turns on doesnt it?  If it turns on then why do you need a new one.  Oh and all it will hurt is your electric bill.  That one I recommended you in another thread will work if you dont feel safe with 300w

A more powerful PSU than you need will not hurt anything.
If it's an extreme case, e.g. 100W PSU and you only need 200W, it will be quite inefficient, but this is irrelevant if it's not so extreme and it's a good PSU.
