The Laptop (XP) has been tested and determined that the power adapter is defective and must be replaced. The defective one is a PA-12, 65 watt. I have been offered a PA-6 or PA-15 at no cost. How can I find out if either one of these will work? Dell just said I had to buy a replacement through them.
