I have a viruse on my computer I have a anti-viruses software .
The problem is I can't get my software to work because there is a software that put the viruses on my computer they said the will fix the problem if I buy their software to remove the viruse. But I have a good software Norton ant-viruse I use before but I can't get to work because other spyware is blocking it so it can't work. Is there a way to get this bug off my computer. I need help please
