Printing from internet

I am trying to select parts of a web page and print them.  When I highlight them and go to file print, the selection option is not available.  I have done this before and it worked fine. It also works in word and excel.   Any suggestions?

I am using IE 7 is that what you mean?  Sorry not very computer literate.

Can you tell me what steps you take to try to print a selection?

I left click the part I want to print and highlight it, the I go to file, select print and where you can pick page, selection, ect I want to pick selection but it is grayed out. and then end up printing the entire page.

What if you right click on what you have selected and choose print?

It wont let me rt click and highlight text.

I downloaded ie8 and the selection option is working now.  Thanks a bunch

I know that it works in 8, I was kind of hoping to spare you the headaches though.
