windows live msg cant sign in

I got this when trying to sign in

i tried this but not work and i havent any Contacts files couse i just instaled msn msg

Okay, uninstall it, it's safe to do, it won't affect your video card driver.

thanks it works i just unistall Nvidia Forceware Network Access Manager
and try to sign in (without unistalling msn) and it works
