Folder Hide/ show options

Hi everybody,

I have Windows XP SP2 as operating system on my PC. Earlier I used to go to Folder Options and change it to 'Show hidden files'.

But recently, I am unable to do so. Despite several times my clicking the option "Show hidden files" and clicking 'apply' and then viewing, I am always shown "there are hidden files, please use windows folder options to show hidden files".

What could be wrong ?

Try restore defaults in Folder Options.

Are you using an account with Admin privelages?
