Trying to figure out how to add links to a drop down menu

I'm following the instructions here http://www.1-on-1.biz/MicrosoftOffice/MicrosoftWord/howtomakedropdownboxesandtablesinMicrosoftWord.asp on creating drop down lists. See, I know how to add links to a document a few different ways by right clicking on the page and then choosing the hyperlink thing or by choosing the hyperlink button that is on the toolbar. Just not sure how to put hyperlinks into a drop down menu. Like if I want to put a link for Computerhope in it,
what all would I do? Would I just type in
