newby hellp logs included

Hi all, New to the forum and having major problems.  picked up something nasty that disabled all my security settings and played havoc with my web browsing ability.  Have done the step for step and included the logs, could someone have a look and let me know how bad it is

Copy and paste your HJT log into the process tool and follow the directions to remove the malicious entries.

Do you have AVG or Avast or some other type of anti-virus.

i've got AVG. ran that first but it didnt find anything

did you update it and run it in safemode?
