Jacked up computer

Hey guys.  I've got my friends comp right now and am trying to fix it for him.  It's a pretty new sony viao and he said it used to be fast but now drags along.  Not just the internet but the system too.  I see it's still got all sorts of *censored* on it that came with it that he says he doesn't want or need.  I'm not sure how to get rid of most of this stuff or what I can delete without messing things up.  Besides the bloatware I figure it's got a few infections so here I am.  Thanks for all the help like usual.

That's not a substitute for good malware and virus protection.  It also won't help him fix the issue he is having.

PC Decrapifier removes trials, and stuff that is not neccessary,

As for the antivirus

Anti-spyware I recommend Spybot S & D
Anti-Adaware I recommend Adaware 2008/2009
Anti-malaware I recommend malware-bytes
As for the main anti-virus protection I reccomend Avast or AVG
As for the Firewall I recommend Comodo Pro +

Can someone check the logs and tell me what's up with it.  Evilfantasy has always helped out immensely.

Try the process tool and follow the instructions to clean your machine...

Hey I checked out that process tool and would love to check all the processes out but am deployed right now so I have little time to mess with this thing at all.  Is there anything on that hijack log that I can get rid of?

At the end of the process log there's a list of items to remove.
