Little Fighter 2 Help

I'm trying to play Lf2 (Little Fighter 2) network game but I don't want to use another VPN provider such as Hamachi so I was wondering if I create a VPN on windows, would I be able to play a network game?

You would need to setup your machine to act as a VPN server. Then others could connect to it and you should be able to play LAN games. It is not something I've ever done personally but the instructions I've linked to below seems pretty straight forward.
Btw. depending on the game and the amount of people you want to play with, it might require a fast internet connection on your part, since you will be acting as the server for all the traffic.

Again not something I have personal experience with but it seems to be made for the very thing you want to do.
