i have a dell latitude acpi 366xt and it will not turn on, the lock lights will turn on and so will the power lights, but then it will go back off, this is when its pluged in to wall. and when its being powered off of a battery, it will do that and turn back on in an endless loop untill the battery dies. yes it was fully charged.
what should i do? what needs to be replaced? is there a jumper in the laptop that i can use to reset it if that will work?
