I'm bumping this because it's fallen to half way down the second page, it was posted 6 days ago, and people who have posted yesterday are being helped. I know this is contradictory to forum rules, but I can't understand how it's fair that my thread has been lost among the others. I have messaged Carbon Dudoxide, who told me to sit tight, and that they were short of specialists, but also that threads with 0 replies would be dealt with first. This clearly hasn't happened.
