Scanned computer - now what?

I was told to scan my computer and post the results here so here there are.

I have 148 ActiveX and COM errors, 4 errors in application paths, 118 errors in file types, 19 errors in history lists, 53 errors in shared files, 2 errors in shortcuts, 1 error in software, 11 in Start menu, 2 in starup, 240 in deep scan, and 31 in current user.
