computer auto accessing cd rom drive......

My CDROM is intermittently being accessed by my computer, the light and motor working.
It might be happening when visiting photobucket or using Windows Media Player.....
I just recently did all the windows updates, including WMP11...  seems this started happening right after that.  Wasn't sure to put this in Software...

Follow these:
1. Check if there is a virus in your PC
2. Make sure the IDE cable is tight
3. Update the Drivers
