    Blue screen . error

    im getting blue screen error and sometimes loading windows and then droping that error:
    D:\DOCUME~1\Justinas\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER7d59.dir00\Mini072309-02.dmp
    D:\DOCUME~1\Justinas\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER7d59.dir00\sysdata.xml

    can anyone help what i need to do?
    im not understand about computers very well and im from small city in lithuania countrys so there anyone can help me out. (sorry about my english) hope understand

    Open Windows Explorer.
    Navigate to: C:\Windows\Minidump folder.
    If you see any .dmp files, zip all of them, and attach zipped file to your next reply.
    Vista users. You may need to copy .dmp files, paste them into some other folder, or desktop, and zip them there.
