    Popup problem when booting up
    « on: July 26, 2009, 09:00:46 AM »
When I turn my computer on, I keep getting a Window Help and Support pop-up which reads "Why can't I get Help from this program?".  I don't know what it is referring to and while it doesn't seem to affect anything, it is becoming very annoying.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thank you,
    FredH

        Brief Description
WinHlp32.exe is required to display 32-bit Help files that have the ".hlp" file name extension. To view .hlp files on Windows Vista, you need to install this application.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong , but since he has the popup, he needs the fix...does that make sense or not?
