Look, there's no question but that NAV is not what it used to be. Once Peter Norton sold to Symantec and eventually retired they tried to do too much with the product, making an unnecessary "suite" out of what was previously a fine, lean AV utility. Still, as a system protector it does it's job effectively. Perhaps not as efficiently as others, but just as effectively.
