norton cant remove trojan and infostealer

I tried to scan my pc with norton antivirus, it found trojans and infostealer gampass but norton cannot remove these viruses on my pc. I tried to use avast. It scanned and found risks and virus too. I deleted these viruses I thought i am already safe but I tried to scan my pc again with norton, and it found the same thing again.. the trojans and infostealer gampass. What should I do??
