iTouch certain apps keep closing/freezing
« on: July 27, 2009, 07:32:45 PM »
Hey, just yesterday I purchased an iPod Touch 8gb and was fine with it. Today, after adding the Nike + iPod app from the settings (not knowing what it was) the settings will no longer open (or more specifically, it opens, then closes before anything is displayed other than the blank box. Also, after selecting a youtube video, the app freezes (YouTube). How can I remedy these problems?

Problem stopped after I unplugged it... I don't know why it started in the first place.

if anything similar to that happens a good first step is to restore the iPod in iTunes.  This will re-load the system's software, and can fix a number of software issues.

It was working today...Maybe it was just a 1-time thing. But I shall follow your advice if the problem persists.
