    File Delete Utility?

    I had some file delete utility on my PC, but got erased when I reinstalled XP.
    It "forced" files to delete, and worked perfectly. All I had to do was right click the file, and click on "Delete with [...]"
    I don't remember the name of the program, though. Any suggestions?

      There is File Assassin which is part of Malwarebytes under the Tools tab...I've never used it, might be what you want.
